Activities

Quilters - meet every Thursday at 9:45 am.  Handmade quilts are distributed locally and abroad.

Book Club - book review group meets the first Thursday of the month at 7 pm in the Crown House.

Walking Group - meets every Thursday at 6:30pm for a 30-minute walk

Prime Timers - group for ages 35-60'ish meets every 2nd and 4th Wednesday in the Fireside Room.

Free Summer Sack Lunch - served every Wednesday and Friday through July and August from 11:30am to 1:00pm in the Education Building.

Leisure Timers - senior citizens’ group enjoys a potluck lunch and conversation every 3rd Thursday at noon.

Women of the ELCA - Women's ministries, including bible study circles and guest speakers.

Gethsamane Soup Kitchen - volunteers serve lunch to the homeless in Seattle on the 3rd Saturday each month.

ARISE - support feeding and shelter program for homeless men in the Renton area.

Renton Food Bank - contribute time and food donations.

CROP Walk - participate in this yearly fundraiser for local and world hunger relief.

Serving the Gulf Coast - participated in Hurricane Katrina relief efforts with mission trips to Mississippi and New Orleans

Chicken Soup Brigade - host for food delivery for Lifelong AIDS Alliance every Thursday.

Holiday Boutique - bazaar held the first Friday and Saturday in November.  Come enjoy lefse, shopping, and a homemade soup lunch.
